DongZhi is one of the most important festivals celebrated by the Chinese on December 22 every year ;D
Activity that occurs during this festival is the making and eating of tangyuan(湯圓). Well,I love tangyuan; so call tong yuen in Cantonese :P
Uhm,For those who have a sweet tooth. Tangyuan is a Chinese dessert made from glutinous rice flour with colours.(pink,green,purple,yellow and etc). Glutinous rice flour is mixed with a small amount of water to form balls and is then cooked in boiling water and served with brown sugar sweet soup with a piece of ginger. Tangyuan can be either filled or unfilled with fillings. ;)
